1. Tuition values
- Courses (synchronous and hybrid): $180 USD
- Asynchronous courses: 75 USD
- Promotional courses (synchronous or asynchronous): some courses will have a lower preferential price.
- Free courses (synchronous or asynchronous): will be announced on the website every quarter.
Important note: Some programs may have a reduced promotional price, which will be the actual price published in their description.
2. Payment methods
To make it easier for you to participate, some programs allow you to pay in 2 or 3 installments. Each course includes:
- The total value of the tuition.
- The approximate value with 30% and 40% discount (if applicable).
- The amount of each installment, when there is a fractional payment.
You can download the reference chart found on each course or diploma program page. This will allow you to easily evaluate the option that best suits your needs.
3. Discounts: how they work
If a course costs 180 USD:
Discount | Discounted value |
30% | 105 USD |
In the case of promotional courses, the final cost will be shown directly on the details page of each course.
Please note that:
- Discounts are not applied automatically. They must be requested by the interested student at the time of starting the enrollment process.
- Each program defines the criteria and requirements for granting discounts.
- Discounts are not cumulative and are subject to availability of spots, so they may run out.
A discount is only valid when CEBITEPAL confirms it in writing, indicating the final cost of your tuition. Regardless of whether you receive a discount, you can choose to pay in installments.
When you make the payment for your course or diploma registration, these values will be automatically displayed and, where applicable, the applicable discounts.
4. Promotional courses
These programs are offered at a reduced price; they generally do not allow for additional discounts unless otherwise stated. They aim to complement or update existing theological and pastoral training.
5. Program launch and certification
Each course or diploma program opens once the minimum number of registered participants is reached. Certification is awarded to those who meet the participation percentage and academic requirements.
6. Payment and Refund Policy
- Once enrolled and payment is made, there is no refund of money.
- It is also not possible to transfer that payment to other courses.
- No refunds are made if the student does not meet the attendance, participation, and other evaluation conditions required by the teachers in each program and modality.
Detailed policies will be available when you begin the registration process.
