In its second quarter, it presents a varied academic offer, designed to adapt to the different availability of time and learning rhythms of its students. With the aim of responding to the challenges of current ecclesial formation, the institution presents three study modalities that combine academic rigor with technological flexibility.
Flexible and accessible study formats
- Hybrid Modality: Integrates the best of both worlds by combining synchronous and asynchronous spaces. It allows access to recorded content while maintaining the richness of live exchange, ensuring continuous learning without losing the value of the encounter.
- Live Meetings (Synchronous): Classes transmitted through the Zoom platform and taught by instructors in real time. They are oriented towards direct dialogue, thematic deepening, mutual listening, and community discernment alongside other students.
- Asynchronous Modality: Designed for autonomous learning. Through classes and videos recorded by topic by specialized teachers and hosted on the virtual platform, the student organizes their schedules and progresses at their own pace.

The training proposal delves into key topics, promoting shared reflection on the challenges of a synodal Church. This flexible approach seeks to break down the limits of time and space so that pastoral agents, community leaders, and students can be trained comprehensively.
