The Cebitepal Training Center, in partnership with the Latin American Youth Ministry Team and the Center for Programs and Networks of Pastoral Action (CEPRAP), opens the possibility of registering complete teams for the online course "Youth Ministry in Synodal Key", whose first class will take place on Thursday, September 10, 2026. From that date, weekly meetings will be held on Wednesdays.
The goal is that youth ministry teams do not arrive at the course one by one, but as a community: sharing the same sessions, discerning together the Final Document of the Synod on Synodality, and returning to their communities with a common reading to accompany the youth.
Five steps to register your team
You only need an account on the Cebitepal Virtual Campus and a few minutes:
Enter: Go to the course page, click on "Register" and log in. If it's your first time, select "Create an account", fill in your details, and press "Register".
Choose Group Purchase: With the session open, return to the course page and click on the «Group Purchase» button.
Define the spots: Select one, three, or five coupons. The total amount to pay appears immediately on the right.
Assign to your team: Write the name and email of each person who will receive a coupon. Don't have all the emails yet? Leave the boxes empty and those coupons will arrive in your email to share when you want.
Pay and done: Click on «Go to Shopping Cart», review the total, press «Complete purchase», enter your payment method, and confirm with «Pay now».
In seconds you will see the message «Your payment has been processed». You will receive confirmation in your email with the official coupon code and the list of beneficiaries, and each person you registered will receive their own email with instructions to enter.
Did you receive a coupon? This is how you join the path
Each beneficiary completes their registration individually in three steps:
Activate your spot: Open the email, click on «Enroll in the Course Now» and then on «Join this course». Log in or create your account: without it, you cannot enroll or enter the virtual classroom.
Apply your coupon: Back on the course page, click on «Pay for the full course» and then on «View cart». In the «Gift card or discount code» field, enter your code and press «Apply». The total will be zero.
Enter the classroom: Press «Complete purchase», then «Confirm order», and finally, «Start learning». From that moment on, you are already walking with your team.
Registrations and Enrollment
The first class will be on Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM (Colombia time). Starting Wednesday, September 16, the virtual meetings will continue every Wednesday at the same time, until completing ten sessions. The four Masterclasses are held on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Registrations, individual and group, are open for young people, educators, pastoral agents, and community leaders from all over Latin America and the Caribbean.
